Our Return Promise
Just like our furniture combines form and function, our returns process balances convenience with quality assurance. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Important Notes:
- All returns must be in original, unused condition with all packaging materials
- Custom or made-to-order items (including certain bedroom sets and dining room configurations) cannot be returned
- Final sale items will be clearly marked at time of purchase

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days (matching our order processing speed), we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid shipping label (for US returns)
- Detailed packing instructions
Step 3: Package & Ship
Please repackage items with the same care we use when shipping to you:
- Use original packaging whenever possible
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Affix the provided return label clearly
- For international returns, you may need to cover return shipping costs
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will ship within 1-2 business days after return approval
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high quality standards, certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture (including configured bedroom sets and dining room combinations)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
- Clearance items (will be clearly marked)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring return shipping in most cases.
