We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes full tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bright Home Shop furniture as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Simple 4-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid shipping label (for US returns)

Step 3: Package & Ship
Please repackage items carefully:
- Use original packaging whenever possible
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Affix the provided return label clearly

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will ship within 1-2 business days after return approval
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our high quality standards, certain items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture (including configured bedroom sets and dining room combinations)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper assembly
- Clearance items (will be clearly marked)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring return shipping in most cases.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
